My account

  • Do I need to register to buy?

No. You can shop in the store without registering. There are three options to choose from:

  • if you are already a registered customer
  • Register as a new customer
  • You can also shop without registering

 

  • How can I register?

To register as a new customer, enter your purchase details, which will be stored in the system and you will be able to log in the next time you make a purchase. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.

  • Can I edit my data on my own?

Yes. Enter the email address and password you provided during registration. Once logged in, you can edit your details in your profile under Edit details. If you wish to purchase without registering, please enter your billing and shipping address.

  • How do I delete my account?

Once you are logged in, you can delete your account in your profile, under the edit data section.

  • How can I change my password or request a new password to replace the one I have forgotten?

If you have previously registered in the store, please enter the email address and password you used when you registered. If you do not remember your password, we will send a new password to your email address by clicking on the "Forgot my password" button. Change this password after logging in.

  • Will my data be resold to a third party?

No. The purpose of the processing is to provide secure access to the online store, to make purchases, issue invoices, document purchases and payments, fulfill accounting obligations and maintain the customer relationship. The data is processed in accordance with the data protection principles set out in the Privacy Policy and is not transferred to third parties other than the data controllers specified in the Privacy Policy.

 

To order

  • How can I order?
  • Click on the product of your choice for more information. If you wish to purchase the product, you can add it to your virtual shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. 
  • Here you can check that your order is correct, in particular in regards to prices and quantities, which you can modify or correct when necessary. The delivery cost is set as the basic cost and can be modified on the next page. 
  • Click on the "Order" button to decide how to proceed with your purchase. You can shop without registering in the shop.
  • On the "Enter details" page, after entering your contact, billing and delivery details, you can choose the payment and delivery method that suits you.
  • Click on the "Next" button to check the correctness of the data and the content of the order. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the total amount of your order. 
  • Before placing your order, please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you agree, please accept before proceeding.
  • If you agree with the contents of the order, click on the "Place Order" button to submit the order.
  • How can I make sure that I have placed my order correctly?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of each order. This means that as soon as your order is finalized, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. For further confirmation, call +36304738049 or email zsoka@mathezsoka.com.

  • What happens after I place my order?

Orders are processed within 1 workday. You will be kept informed of the status of your order.

  • Can I cancel my order if it has not yet been delivered?

Yes. As long as the package has not been delivered, you can modify/cancel the order in writing by e-mail.

  • Can I still change my delivery address for an already confirmed order?

Yes. As long as the parcel has not been delivered to the delivery company, you can change/cancel the order in writing by e-mail.

  • Can I order by phone?

Yes, but the order must be finalized via the webshop.

  • Is there a minimum order value?

No.

  • What does it mean for a product to be "available to order"?

The product is not ready yet, but if you order it, I will make it. The product will be ready within 5 working days of the order.

 

Payment

  • What payment methods are accepted?
  • You can pay cash on the spot if you collect your order in person.
  • Pre-payment - (as soon as the transaction is successful, I will send you an email informing you of the arrival of your parcel). 
  • Payment by delivery - For payment by delivery you can pay by cash or credit card by the delivery person.
  • By credit card - Online payment by credit card is done through the Barion system. Your credit card details will not be transmitted.
  • PayPal - Payment is made via PayPal, from your PayPal account or by credit card. Your credit card details will not be transmitted.

 

  • When and how will I receive the invoice?

You will receive your invoice in a downloadable format in your confirmation email. Of course, if you would like to receive it on paper, please indicate this in the comment field of your order, or send an email to zsoka@mathezsoka.comor call +36304738049.

  • Can I get my order in the name of my business?

You can enter the name and location of your business/workplace as the delivery address, but I can only invoice individuals.

  • Will I receive a confirmation of payment at the checkout?

Yes. As soon as the amount is credited to the bank account, I will notify you by email about the arrival of the amount and the expected delivery time. I issue an invoice for every order. I will also send the invoice by email. In case of cash on delivery, I issue the invoice in advance. In case of payment by bank card, you will immediately receive confirmation from the bank that the payment was successful. We do not send the bank card details to the store.

 

Shipping

  • How long does the delivery take?

2-3 workdays in Hungary. Delivery is handled by a courier, parcel machines and PostaPont post. You will be informed about the delivery time in the confirmation e-mail. For further confirmation regarding the delivery time you can use the contact details, which are provided in the confirmation e-mail. Delivery time to European Union countries is 5-10 working days.

  • How can I track my order and what delivery notifications will I receive during delivery?

You will receive a confirmation email with your parcel number and a tracking link to track your parcel.

  • How can I make sure my order has been placed correctly?

You will receive feedback on each order by email. This means that once your order is finalized, you will receive an automatic email about your order. For information, call +36304738049 or write zsoka@mathezsoka.com email.

  • What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are charged within the national territory according to the current price list of the forwarding company. You can find them under the shipping information.

  • What can I do if I have received a damaged product?

I check the products one by one, so if you find any damage or defects on them, please let me know at zsoka@mathezsoka.com or +36304738049.

  • Which parcel delivery service provider will my parcel be sent with?

The packages are delivered to the recipients by MPL (Magyar Posta's parcel delivery service), FOXPOST and GLS parcel delivery companies.

  • Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Yes. On the "enter data" page, filling in billing information and shipping details is arbitrary, they may differ.

  • Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Yes. Until the package is delivered to the delivery company, the order can be modified/cancelled afterwards in writing by email.

  • Can I have my package delivered to a parcel shop or pick-up point?

Yes. Within Hungary, you can request delivery of your package to Magyar Posta branches or MOL gas stations. If you would like to collect your package from a parcel machine, Magyar Posta can request collection of your package from GLS or Foxpost machines.

  • To which countries can be delivered?

Delivery takes place within Hungary and the European Union.

 

Return

  • How can you return the product?

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Notification of the withdrawal or timely delivery of the product is sufficient to comply with the withdrawal period. The intention to withdraw may be communicated in writing by e-mail sent to the zsoka@mathezsoka.com e-mail address or by post to Máthé Erzsébet, 1125 Budapest, Nógrádi utca 11.fszt.1 address. 

The product can be easily returned in two ways:

  • readdressed to the sender's address in the shipping packaging of the product
  • in person to the sender's address.

 

  • How long does it take to get my money back?

The amount will be refunded the day after the product is returned and verified.

  • What should I do if my product is damaged in transit?

Even in the presence of the courier, make sure that the packing box is intact, if damaged, do not take it. If you notice it after receiving it, take a picture or video of the damage and send it to the zsoka@mathezsoka.com email address with the exact description.

  • Where can I drop off my return package?

Depending on the chosen delivery method and the delivery method, you can drop off the returned package at the Posta/Posta parcel machine, the GLS machine, or the Foxpost machine.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes. The buyer is obliged to bear the direct cost of returning the product, and shall not bear any other costs.

  • How long can I return the product?

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within the following deadlines:

- within 14 days of receipt of the product,

In the case of delivery of several products, within 14 days from the day you receive the last product from the courier service.

  • Will I receive confirmation that you have received my returned package?

Yes, of course, you will receive feedback by email about the return and verification of the package.

  • How do I get my money back?

The amount will be refunded by a transfer to your bank account.

  • What address should I return the package to?

It can be returned to my address in the packaging of the product:

Máthé Erzsébet 1125 Budapest, Nógrádi utca 11.fszt.1. or to the pre-arranged parcel machine.
